  • Young Cheol KIMCEO of COENS

    YC Kim joined COENS in 2003 as the Team Lead of the Manpower Division before becoming CEO in 2013. During his time at COENS, Mr. Kim has contributed his knowledge and leadership to make COENS the largest service and manpower supplier in Korea and eventually his goal is to make COENS the “world’s best service provider .” He has over 15 years’ experience working in the oil and gas sector.

  • Henrik BaltscheffskCEO of Hexicon

    Henrik joined Hexicon as CEO in 2013 with the assignment to develop and execute the commercial roadmap for multi-turbine wind power foundations. His previous experience includes international shipping and offshore oil & gas within chartering and sales of offshore drilling rigs in North and South America. Henrik has also been leading the development of Swedish innovations in fuel cell technology and internet service provider companies. In 1982 he received an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics.


  • S.I. (Steve) SeoExecutive Vice President of COENS

    Steve joined COENS in 2002 as a Project Service Manager and became COO in 2013. He is responsible for leading our growth in not only oil and gas industries but also extended business industries such as renewable energy, new materials and M.I.C.E. sectors. His main focus is developing COENS brand and business infrastructure also he is also responsible for evolving and strengthening COENS existing partnerships and operations across the globe.

  • Bjorn SegerblomChairman Asia of Hexicon

    Bjorn is an investor in Hexicon since several years, out of his permanent base in Hong Kong functioning as Hexicon Chairman Asia, and he has now also joined the main Board of Hexicon AB. A Swede living overseas since more than 30 years with primary focus upon Asia Pacific, also Europe, Bjorn has an extensive senior management career in global manufacturing and engineering corporations, including turn-key, as well as from governmental innovation and technology organizations. His current focus is on selected board and similar engagements. He has a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden.


  • Cutty KimDirector of COENS Business Development Division

    Cutty joined COENS in 2015 as the Director of Business Development Division. He worked in international engineering companies as well as Korean shipyards over 15 years and has knowledge and experience in international projects as a site manager with a variety of nationalities.
    He is responsible for developing Renewable Energy sector in COENS Business Development Division.
